By using Unhook you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Unhook is a self-help tool for keeping distance from a former partner: a streak counter, exercises for urges, and reminders. It is not therapy, medical care or crisis support, and it does not replace them. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services or a crisis line now.
Some features require a paid subscription sold through Apple. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Anything you write in the app stays on your device and belongs to you. We do not read it.
Do not attempt to abuse, overload or reverse engineer the service, or use it to harm anyone, including the person you are trying not to contact.
The app is provided as is. We do our best to keep your streak safe, but a backup can be lost, and we are not liable for that or for any decision you make while using the app. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it. You can stop at any time by deleting the app.
